Vouchers can be used towards
studio services of your choice (recording, producing, songwriting, mixing, mastering). An Engineer is included in all sessions. Any Voucher OR incomplete or unused hours cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers, specials or discounts unless prior arrangements are made. Transferable only if the client contacts The Demo Studio and supplies full contact details of the person to whom the voucher will be transfered to. Voucher transfers cannot take place within 14 days of a booking request or appointment. If you are booking using a Voucher, we must be notified of your Voucher CODE AND related correspondence/ participating email confirmation in order to redeem the Voucher. Voucher Booking cancellations made within 7 days of your Booking Date will forfeit your Voucher (otherwise at the discretion of the studio), or cancellations within 7-14 days will allow one final rebooking within 14 days of the original booking date, if within the expiry date. | Open 5 days - Monday to Friday - for day and evening sessions by Appointment. Please call & check for availability in advance. It is advised you bring along a handful of munchies if required to get you thru your session (fruit, snacks, sandwiches, etc) or there's shops 1 minute walk away (delicious bakery!!) but please... leave your 400 mates at home! (unless they're going in the vocal booth for harmonies!!).Kitchen facilities are available. ps. Buzz makes the best espresso's in town : ) |

| When making your booking, a deposit is required to secure your session. This can be made via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Bank Deposit.
Final balance is due and payable on day of session (eftpos facilities are available). |
If you need to cancel, it is important to give Buzz a buzz asap on (03) 9502 7900 or 0413 559 660. A deposit is required to secure a session. The studio does adhere to Cancellation Terms, which are as follows (please above for Voucher/discount Vouchers):
> Cancel 7+ days, your deposit is used towards your next booking to take place within 10 days.
> Cancel more than 72+ hours, your deposit can be used within 7 days.
> Cancel less than 72 hours, you will forfeit your Deposit. This is at the discretion of the Studio.
> No Shows or Same Day cancellations will incur an immediate full rate (no discount) invoice for the scheduled booking, or if you cancel and do not rebook in any other timeframes mentioned but are yet to pay a deposit, your deposit will still be payable. |
